- 3-4 pears (hard)
Preparation
Melt chocolate.
Grind butter with sugar.
Add sour cream.
Mix.
Add eggs.
Mix.
Add ginger.
Mix.
Add chocolate.
Mix.
Add baking powder and flour.
Mix.
Cut the pears into 8-10 slices.
Remove seeds.
Grease the molds a little with oil..
Place the dough in the molds, filling them halfway.
