Very tasty. Preparing quickly and easily. Instead of cocoa, you can use chocolate in the dough (you need to melt it).
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
cake:
- 100 g butter
- 70-100 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 30 g cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100-130 g flour
souffle:
- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 10 g gelatin
Preparation
Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix.
Add cocoa.
Mix.
Add baking powder and flour.
Mix.
The mold (I used a mold measuring 20 × 30 cm) grease with oil.
Put out the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool down.
Cooking soufflé.
Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool to room temperature.
Whisk the cream.
Add condensed milk.
Mix.
Add gelatin.
Mix.
Put souffle on the cake.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
