Delicious juicy cupcake.
You can use diced chocolate instead of marzipan. The taste will be different, but it will also be tasty.
Instead of lingonberries, you can use cranberries, currants, cherries, etc..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g marzipan (I used glazed)
- 150 g lingonberry
- 250-300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Squeeze juice from an orange (we need 100 ml).
Cut marzipan into cubes.
Grind butter with sugar.
Add baking powder and flour.
Slightly grease the form (I used a form measuring 25×15 cm).
Put out the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Decorate to taste.
I poured icing on the cake, garnished with lingonberries, orange zest, mint.
