Very fresh and tasty. It is advisable to use sour or sweet and sour apples.
Sponge cake perfectly complements the taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 500-600 g apples
- 30 g semolina
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 30-40 g flour
Peel the apples.
Wrap apples in foil.
Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool the apples.
Rub through a sieve.
You should get about 250 g puree.
Add 300 ml of water to the applesauce.
Boil over low heat until thickened.
