Delicate, aromatic, juicy fish.
I used flounder rolls, but you can use fillets that are not very finely chopped.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.
- 400 g fish fillets (flounder, pike perch, trout, etc.)
- 350 g tomatoes
- 200 g bell pepper
- 300 g zucchini
- leeks (or 150 g of onions)
- 1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
- vegetable oil
Cut the leek into rings (finely chop the onion).
Zucchini cut into cubes.
Pepper to clear from seeds.
Cut into cubes.
Dice the tomatoes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Salt a little, pepper.
To cover with a lid.
Simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
