Dear friends, I sincerely congratulate you on the start of Shrove Tuesday!
I propose a recipe for chocolate pancakes that will be good both with a filling and by themselves.
Pancakes are tender, thin, with a light chocolate aroma.
You can use any fruit and nuts in the filling.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 10-15 pancakes with a diameter of 24 cm are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 100-130 g flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
also:
- 2-3 bananas
- 100 g walnuts (or any, to taste)
- 100 g chocolate
Preparation
Beat eggs with salt until fluffy.
Add sugar.
Beat well.
Add cocoa.
Stir gently.
Add milk.
Mix gently (at the lowest mixer speed).
Add flour.
Stir gently.
Add vegetable oil.
Mix.
Reheat the pan.
Oil a little.
Pour the dough into the middle, twist the pan so that the dough is evenly distributed.
When the bottom of the pancake is fried, it must be turned over.
Fry on the other side.
Break the chocolate into pieces.
Put on a water bath.
Melt.
Chop nuts.
Finely chop the bananas.
Mix bananas and nuts.
Put the filling in the middle of the pancake.
Wrap edges towards center.
Collapse envelope.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Enjoy your meal!
