
Delicious pancakes!
Delicate, soft, lush, aromatic!
Instead of dried berries, you can add any candied fruits, raisins, dried apricots, etc..
Serve pancakes with sour cream.

Ingredients
- 300 g pumpkin (peeled)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 200 ml of kefir (or yogurt)
- 100 g dried berries (I have cherries, cranberries, physalis)
- 1 tsp soda (no slide)
- 200-250 g flour
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Grate pumpkin on a medium grater.
If the pumpkin is very juicy, squeeze the juice.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add kefir.
Mix.
Add pumpkin and berries.
Mix.
Add soda (no need to extinguish it), flour.
Mix.
You may need a little more or less flour, it depends on the juiciness of the pumpkin.
The finished dough should be hard to fall off the spoon..
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Lay out the pancakes.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Flip.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
