From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 200 g pineapples
- 100 g loaf
- 200 g cheese
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the chicken fillet.
Fry fillets in vegetable oil until tender.
Dice the loaf.
Fry the loaf in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Mix fillets, pineapples, cheese, croutons (I recommend adding croutons before serving so that they remain crispy).
Season with mayonnaise.
