Delicious hearty salad.
Instead of canned beans, you can use boiled.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-9 servings.
- 300 g canned beans
- 400 g beef fillet
- 200 g cucumbers
- 150 g loaf
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Boil the meat until tender (cook for about 40 minutes after boiling).
Cut into cubes.
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press to the oil.
Dice the loaf.
Fry the loaf in butter with garlic until golden brown.
Mix the beans (drain the liquid), meat, cucumbers, crackers (I recommend adding crackers before serving so that they remain crispy).
Season with mayonnaise.
