Delicious hearty salad.
Instead of canned beans, you can use boiled.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-9 servings.
Ingredients

  • 300 g canned beans
  • 400 g beef fillet
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 150 g loaf
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Boil the meat until tender (cook for about 40 minutes after boiling).

  • 100 g funchose
  • 150 g cheese

Delicious, aromatic, unusual salad.
Instead of carpaccio, you can use any meat delicacies – ham, balyk, pastroma, etc..
I bought carpaccio, but you can cook it yourself:
Chicken breast carpaccio
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g oyster mushrooms (or champignons)
  • 150 g carpaccio
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cherry tomatoes (or 2-3 regular tomatoes)
  • radichio salad (or whatever, to taste)
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil

refueling:

  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard (I used it in beans, but pasta works too)
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Cut carpaccio as thin as possible.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Finely chop the eggs.

Finely chop the greens.

Mix mayonnaise and mustard.

Add greens.
Mix.

Tear the salad with your hands.

Add tomatoes, carpaccio, mushrooms, eggs.
Salt a little, pepper.

When serving, put salad on plates.
Put the dressing on top.
