The salad is tasty, filling, but not heavy.
Instead of pork, you can use beef or chicken fillet.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 300 g pork (no fat)
- 100 g funchose
- 150 g cheese
- 3 eggs
- vegetable oil
Boil the pork until tender (cook for about 40 minutes after boiling).
Cut into small pieces.
Beat eggs (each separately).
Grease the pan a little with oil.
Fry an egg pancake on one side.
Fry on the other side.
Cut into strips.
Prepare funchoza as written on the package.
