From the specified amount of ingredients, 1 loaf weighing about 600 g is obtained.
Ingredients
- 300 ml water
- 10 g dry yeast (or 30-35 g raw)
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 400-450 g flour
optional:
- yolk
- sesame
Preparation
Warm up the water (it should be warm, not hot).
Add sugar.
Add yeast.
Add 150 g flour.
Mix.
Cover with a napkin.
Put in a warm place.
The dough should double in size (it took me 20 minutes).
Add vegetable oil.
Add salt.
Add remaining flour.
Knead the dough.
Cover with a napkin.
Put in a warm place.
The dough should rise (it took me 30 minutes).
Divide the dough into three equal parts.
Form harnesses.
Blind the tops.
Weave a pigtail.
Cover with a napkin.
Let it rise.
Brush with yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
