From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Sahara
  • 8 g yeast
  • 250 ml of kefir
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 500-550 g flour

filling:

  • 400 g chicken liver
  • 500 g chicken hearts
  • 200 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Cooking the filling.
Cut the onion into strips.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the hearts.
Remove fat, blood clots.

Fry carrots in vegetable oil.

Add hearts.

Fry.

Add liver.

Salt, pepper.
