One of my all-time favorite pie fillings.
The cabbage turns out to be tender, aromatic.
Of course, you can add boiled sliced eggs, but if you cook it as written in the recipe, it will turn out much softer.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 15 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients
- yeast dough
- 500 g cabbage
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the cabbage.
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Add cabbage.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Cool the filling.
Form small cakes from the dough.
Lay out the filling.
Pinch the edges.
Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Put the pies (seam down).
If desired, grease the pies with a beaten egg.
Let the pies rise.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
