Hearty, aromatic. Prepares quickly and easily.
The dough can be used both unleavened and yeast.
Use any vegetables to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
- 250 g puff pastry (I used fresh)
- 300 g minced meat (I used pork + beef)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 300 g zucchini
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 300 g cheese (I used mozzarella)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Finely chop the zucchini.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add minced meat.
Fry.
Add zucchini.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool down.
Put the dough in a mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put the filling (drain the liquid).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
