- 300 g broccoli
- 250 g ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 250 g cheese (I used mozzarella)

Preparation
Cooking the dough.
Mix egg and softened butter.
Add salt, baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.
Place the dough in a greased dish (about 24-26 cm in diameter).
