Very tender meat with amazing flavor!
You can use chicken instead of chickens.
Dried herbs can be added instead of fresh thyme, to taste.
Potatoes or rice are ideal for garnish..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg of chickens
- 400 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- 300 ml of wine (I used white semi-dry, red can also be used)
- vegetable oil
Cut the chicken in two (if you are using chicken, cut it into several pieces).
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Fry the chicken on one side in vegetable oil.
Fry on the other side.
Then add the tomatoes.
To cover with a lid.
Simmer for 35-45 minutes.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
