From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 200-250 g lasagna sheets
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 300 g hard cheese
  • 50 g parmesan
  • salt

Preparation

  • a small piece of ginger
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
