- 500 g minced meat
- 150 g loaf
- 100 g cheese (hard)
- breading for cutlets or bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
Soak a loaf in milk.
Mix the minced meat and loaf (squeeze the loaf a little).
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Form a flat cake from minced meat.
Put cheese in the center.
Form a cutlet.
Roll in breading.
Fry in vegetable oil on one side (for 7-10 minutes).
Turn over, fry on the other side (within 7-10 minutes).
