Lasagna is a popular Italian dish.
Now, in almost all supermarkets, you can buy sheets for lasagna.
They are sold in the pasta departments.
Lasagna is a very tasty dish, but very satisfying. If you still have finished lasagne, you can freeze it.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.

  • 200-250 g lasagna sheets
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 300 g hard cheese
  • 50 g parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the garlic.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, chop the pulp in a blender or grate.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Lay out the sheets again.

Brush with the remaining bechamel sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Take out the finished lasagne, sprinkle with Parmesan (you can set aside a little Parmesan to sprinkle it on the finished lasagna).
Place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.

You can serve tomato sauce with the lasagne: fry 100 g of finely chopped onions and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

I bring to your attention a very simple chicken recipe.
The chicken turns out to be very juicy, soft, aromatic. You can use drumsticks, wings, etc. instead of whole chicken. Instead of fresh ginger, you can use dried ginger, you will need 2 tsp.
You can add any spices to your taste. You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • chicken (weighing about 1.5 kg)
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp ground paprika
  • salt


Grate ginger on a fine grater (we need 2 tablespoons).

Add paprika.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Add soy sauce.
Salt a little.


Cut the chicken in the breast.

Pour the sauce.
