Lasagna is a popular Italian dish.
Now, in almost all supermarkets, you can buy sheets for lasagna.
They are sold in the pasta departments.
Lasagna is a very tasty dish, but very satisfying. If you still have finished lasagne, you can freeze it.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
- 200-250 g lasagna sheets
- 1 kg minced meat
- 500 g tomatoes
- 200 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g butter
- 100 g flour
- 300 g hard cheese
- 50 g parmesan
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the garlic.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes, chop the pulp in a blender or grate.
Fry onions and garlic in vegetable oil.
Add minced meat.
Simmer until tender (about 20-25 minutes).
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cooking béchamel sauce.
Melt the butter.
Pour milk in a thin stream.
Heat until the sauce resembles liquid sour cream in consistency.
The main thing is to make sure that no lumps form..
Salt the sauce a little, you can add nutmeg or garlic to taste.
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
Put lasagna sheets in a baking dish (I have a shape of 25 × 35 cm and a height of 5 cm) (carefully read the instructions on the package, some companies offer to boil lasagna sheets, some – use dry sheets).
Place half of the meat sauce on the lasagna sheets.
Spread out 1/3 of the béchamel sauce.
Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
Cover with lasagna sheets.
Add the remaining meat sauce.
Brush with béchamel sauce.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Lay out the sheets again.
Brush with the remaining bechamel sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Take out the finished lasagne, sprinkle with Parmesan (you can set aside a little Parmesan to sprinkle it on the finished lasagna).
Place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
You can serve tomato sauce with the lasagne: fry 100 g of finely chopped onions and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
Add 300 g tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped).
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
