- 700-800 g pork fillet
- 500 g tomatoes
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil
Grind the nuts in a blender (or finely grind).
Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Grind the pulp in a blender (or grate).
Mix nuts and tomatoes.
Salt a little.
Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Cut the pork into strips.
Fry pork in vegetable oil.
Add tomato-nut sauce.
Simmer until tender (about 30 minutes).
If the sauce is very thick, you can dilute it with boiling water.
