Pork goes very well with prunes and nuts.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg pork
- 200 g prunes
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the prunes.
Mix nuts and prunes.
Cut the pork into slices about 5 mm thick.
Put nuts and prunes filling on each piece of pork.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Beat the egg.
Dip rolls in an egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil (about 15 minutes).
Turn over, fry until tender (about 15 minutes).
Cut ready-made rolls, serve hot or warm.
