Juicy, aromatic, tender.

From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg pork (loin or neck)
- 50 g pine nuts (or walnuts, almonds)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- a bunch of parsley (or basil)
- vegetable oil
Chop the greens not very finely.
Put herbs, nuts, garlic in a blender.
Salt a little.
In a piece of meat, on the side, make an incision, not reaching the end.
Put the filling on one half, 1–1.5 cm short of the edges.
Cover with the second part.
Tie tight with thread.
Fry the meat on one side in vegetable oil.
Turn over, fry on the other side.
Put warm meat in a roasting sleeve (or foil).
Put on a baking sheet, put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
