Perfect not only with spaghetti, but also with cutlets, meat, mashed potatoes, rice, etc..
If you are using frozen mushrooms, you must first defrost them and let all the liquid drain.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
- 200 g spaghetti (or any pasta)
- 150 g onions
- 300 g mushrooms
- 250 ml cream 10-15%
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Fry until all liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes).
Remove from fire.
Boil spaghetti as written on the package.
Put the spaghetti on the plates, put the sauce on the spaghetti.
