- 2 medium eggplants
- 150 g walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- vegetable oil
Cut the eggplants into slices.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Rinse in cold water.
Add mayonnaise to the nuts to make a gruel.
Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil, on both sides, until golden brown.
