Tortillas with filling
It’s picnic season.
I bring to your attention a snack that you can take with you on the road, to nature or to the country.
It can be served both warm and cold..
Any salad is suitable as a filling..
Tortillas are sold in supermarkets.
But if you were unable to buy them, then try to cook them yourself:
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-5 pieces are obtained.
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 150 g bell pepper
- 150 g tomatoes
- 100 g cucumbers
- 100 g of green salad (I have Romano, Lollo Rosso, Frize)
- 4-5 tortillas Tortillas
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- greens to taste
- vegetable oil
Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Peel the tomatoes.
Cut in small pieces.
Finely chop the greens.
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from fire.
Fillet finely chop.
Grease the pan with oil.
Fry until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (I recommend removing the seeds, otherwise the filling may be watery).
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Pepper to clear from seeds.
Cut into strips.
Leek cut into rings.
Mix fillet, pepper, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, leek.
Add tomato sauce.
Salt if necessary.
Put the filling on the cake.
Wrap one edge of the cake.
Wrap the other end of the cake.
Fry in a dry skillet, on both sides.
I fried in a grill pan, but you can also fry in a regular pan.
