Any salad is suitable as a filling..
Tortillas are sold in supermarkets.
But if you were unable to buy them, then try to cook them yourself:
Homemade tortillas
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-5 pieces are obtained.

  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 150 g bell pepper
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 100 g cucumbers
  • 100 g of green salad (I have Romano, Lollo Rosso, Frize)

  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic

I bring to your attention a recipe for chicken sausage. It is done simply, and the result will surely please you. Spices can be added to your taste.
I used chicken meat, you can try using pork and beef.
For cooking, we need an empty juice bag, preferably with a foil inside. You will also need a baking sleeve, foil and a deep saucepan..
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 1 kg chicken (I used breast, thighs)
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs
  • 100 ml of water
  • salt
  • pepper


Separate the meat from the bones.
Cut in small pieces.

Add garlic squeezed through garlic press.

Add paprika, herbs.

Add gelatin.


Add water.
Salt, pepper.


Put the meat in a tetrapak.

Cover with foil.

Place in a roasting sleeve.

From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg chicken legs
  • 1 kg of chicken breasts (on the bone)
  • 400 g chicken legs
  • 500 g wings
  • 300 g carrots
  • 300 g onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5 allspice peas
  • salt


Pour chicken legs with 3 liters of water.
Close the lid.
Cook (at low boil) for 2 hours, periodically removing the scale.
Do not add water.

Add chicken legs, breast, wings.
Cook (at low boil) for 2 hours, remove scale, do not add water.

Coarsely chop the onion.

Coarsely chop the carrots.

Add onions, carrots, peppers to the meat.
Cook for 1 hour.

Add bay leaf.
Cook for 15 minutes.
