Any smoked meats can be used, to taste.
Instead of Chinese cabbage, you can use white cabbage.

The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..
Ingredients

  • 500 g smoked meat
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g of Chinese cabbage
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Chop the cabbage.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks.

Fry the onions in a saucepan in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry.

Add meat.
Fry.

Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Pour water.
Boil.

Add potatoes.

Add cabbage.

Delicious soup! Meat in gravy is also called goulash. But this is exactly the soup. Thick, rich, with a rich taste and aroma.
Of course, onions can be fried in vegetable oil, instead of beef, you can use any meat, but this will be a different recipe and a different taste.
The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..
Ingredients

  • 700 g beef fillet
  • 100 g lard (fresh)
  • 700 g potatoes
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 250 g bell pepper
  • 200 g onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g honey mushrooms
  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • 200 g processed cheese (I used cheese with mushrooms)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Pour mushrooms with water.
Cook for 25-35 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks.

Add potatoes to the broth.
Salt, pepper.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add onions and carrots.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 300 g bell pepper

  • 150 g onions
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon or 2 tsp. wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Chop the onion.

Chop the garlic.

Peel the tomatoes.
Cut into 3-4 pieces.

Peel the cucumbers.
Chop not very finely.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds.
Slice.

Grind tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, onions, garlic in a blender.

Add lemon juice.

Add olive oil.
Salt, pepper.

Beat again.
Put the soup in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Sprinkle the prepared soup with herbs, serve with croutons.

Instead of dried mushrooms, you can use frozen white.

Ingredients

  • 50 g dried white mushrooms
  • 300 g champignons
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 100 g onions
  • 150 g cheese with noble mold
  • 150 g loaf
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Pour hot water over mushrooms.
Leave on for 30 minutes.

Dice the onion.

Thinly chop the champignons.

Dice the loaf.

Dice the blue cheese.

Fry the onions in a saucepan in vegetable oil.

Add porcini mushrooms (first drain the water from them and squeeze a little).

Pour 2.5 liters of water.
