Instead of a lower leg, you can use thighs, wings, etc..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg of cabbage
- 1 kg chicken drumstick
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- 1 tbsp hops suneli (or any spices to taste)
Chop 250 g tomatoes in a blender.
Mix the drumstick and chopped tomatoes.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Chop the cabbage.
Cut the onion into strips.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Dice 250 g tomatoes.
Mix cabbage, onions, carrots, tomatoes.
Put the cabbage in a mold (I used a 20 × 30 cm mold).
Put the drumstick on top (the marinade can be drained, you can put it together with the drumstick).
Cover with foil.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Then remove the foil, bake for 20 minutes.
